Удальцову, осужденному по обвинению в организации беспорядков на Болотной, снова отказали в УДО
Тамбовский областной суд признал законным отказ в условно-досрочном освобождении оппозиционера Сергея Удальцова, осужденного на 4,5 года колонии по обвинению в организации массовых беспорядков на Болотной площади в Москве 6 мая 2012 года. Об этом сообщила его адвокат Виолетта Волкова в Twitter.
Таким образом, решение Рассказовского районного суда Тамбовской области от 29 марта об отказе координатору “Левого фронта” в УДО вступило в законную силу. Однако его защита говорит, что не намерена сдаваться. “Мы выждем установленный законом срок (полгода) и вновь подадим ходатайство об УДО, – цитирует Волкову “Интерфакс”. – Кассационную жалобу на сегодняшнее решение мы также подадим, но на нее больших надежд возлагать не приходится”.
Как сообщалось, райсуд отказал Удальцову в УДО из-за трех неснятых выговоров, двух помещений в штрафной изолятор и трех проведенных с ним бесед. Суд посчитал, что оппозиционер “не встал на путь исправления”. В ходе одного из судебных заседаний по УДО представитель регионального УФСИН заявил, что Удальцов не признал вину, а кроме того имеет восемь взысканий и ни одного поощрения.
24 июля 2014 года Мосгорсуд признал Удальцова и его соратника Леонида Развозжаева, помощника депутата Госдумы Ильи Пономарева, виновными в организации массовых беспорядков во время протестного “Марша миллионов” в Москве 6 мая 2012 года, а также попытке организации дальнейших беспорядков на территории страны, и приговорил каждого к 4,5 года колонии общего режима. В марте 2015 года Верховный суд РФ оставил приговор в силе.
Удальцов отбывает наказание в исправительной колонии N3 в Тамбовской области. В сентябре того же года его защита обратилась с жалобой в Европейский суд по правам человека. В марте 2016 года еще один адвокат оппозиционера Дмитрий Агроновский сообщал, что ЕСПЧ коммуницировал жалобы Удальцова на арест и приговор и придал им приоритетный статус.
