Уголовное преследование диспетчера-стажера по делу об авиакатастрофе Total прекращено
Следствие отказалось от обвинений против диспетчера-стажера Светланы
Кривсун по делу о крушении во Внуково самолета главы Total. Уголовное преследование девушки, которая была под подпиской о невыезде, прекращено в связи с отсутствием в ее действиях состава преступления. Адвокат Мурад Мусаев был ознакомлен с соответствующим постановлением следствия в четверг.
Примечательно, что уже утром агентство “Москва” со ссылкой на свои источники сообщило о прекращении преследования, но адвокат это опроверг. В Facebook он объяснил, что опровергал “утечку” только потому, что не знал о ее подлинности.
Мусаев поблагодарил Генпрокуратуру за это решение. “Спасибо всем, кто за нас болел, и еще Генпрокуратуре и следователям, не побоявшимся принять такое, не самое популярное в этой системе, решение”, – написал он.
Адвокат другого фигуранта дела Александра Круглова Николай Семенов сообщил, что 18 января следователь планирует предъявить его подзащитному окончательное обвинение. “Нас вызвали на 18 января для предъявления обвинения в окончательной редакции. Не исключаю, что окончательное обвинение в эти дни предъявят и остальным фигурантам дела”, – сказал он ТАСС.
В ночь на 21 октября 2014 года в московском аэропорту Внуково четырехместный самолет Falcon, следовавший рейсом Москва – Париж, при взлете задел снегоуборочную машину, загорелся и рухнул на взлетно-посадочную полосу. Погибли три члена экипажа и пассажир – глава нефтегазовой компании Total Кристоф де Маржери.
Были арестованы инженер аэродромной службы Внуково Владимир Леденев, водитель машины, столкнувшейся с самолетом, Владимир Мартыненко и диспетчер Александр Круглов. Руководитель полетов Внуковского центра управления воздушным движением Роман Дунаев и диспетчер-стажер аэропорта Светлана Кривсун были отправлены под домашний арест. При этом у девушки из-за стресса случился выкидыш.
Всем им были предъявлены обвинения по части 3 статьи 263 УК. Как полагает следствие, указанные лица не обеспечили соблюдение требований безопасности полетов и проведения наземных работ, что привело к трагедии. При этом по окончании расследования в СК пришли к выводу, что диспетчеры имели возможность предотвратить столкновение самолета со спецмашиной, но ничего для этого не сделали. Следователи полагали, что самолет отправила на взлет в условиях минимальной видимости авиадиспетчер-стажер. При этом защита указывала, что действия стажера должны были проверять руководители.
Сейчас все фигуранты дела находятся под подпиской о невыезде, так как Генпрокуратура не утвердила обвинительное заключение и вернула дело на доследование. Надзорное ведомство не устроил объем предъявленных обвинений в отношении некоторых фигурантов.
