За период с середины прошлого по март 2016 года доходы террористической группировки «Исламское государство» (запрещена в России) упали на 30%, сообщает Reuters со ссылкой на исследование консалтинговой компании в области энергетики IHS Global Inc. По данным аналитиков, на фоне падения нефтяных котировок ежемесячный доход боевиков упал с $80 млн в середине прошлого до $56 млн в марте текущего года.
Уровень добычи нефти на территориях, занятых боевиками, за тот же период времени упал с 33 тыс. до 21 тыс. баррелей в день, в основном из-за авиаударов возглавляемой США коалиции по инфраструктуре ИГИЛ, отмечает Reuters со ссылкой на доклад IHS Global Inc.
«Исламское государство» по-прежнему сильно в регионе, но это значительное падение доходов, и оно в долгосрочной перспективе усложнит управление ИГИЛ занятыми территориями», — заявил старший аналитик IHS Людовико Карлино.
Территория, контролируемая боевиками, уменьшилась примерно на 22% с середины 2014 года, в то время как численность населения на ней сократилась с 9 млн до примерно 6 млн человек. Эксперты указывают, что таким образом уменьшилась и сумма, получаемая боевиками от налоговых сборов.
Около 50% доходов группировка получает от налогообложения и конфискации имущества населения на захваченных территориях, 43% — от продажи нефти, остальное — от контрабанды наркотиков, продажи электроэнергии и пожертвований, отмечается в докладе IHS Global Inc.
Боевики ввели правило, согласно которому приговоренные к физическим наказаниям могут избежать их в обмен на денежные выплаты, и это также свидетельствует о финансовых трудностях группировки, говорится в докладе.
Кроме того, были введены новые налоги на такие виды деятельности, как установка спутниковых антенн или выход за территорию города.
