АИЖК объявило конкурс на разработку концепции первого доходного дома в России
Агентство по ипотечному жилищному кредитованию (АИЖК) объявило открытый конкурс на разработку архитектурной концепции современных доходных домов и пригласило к участию ведущие российские архитектурные бюро. Информация о конкурсе размещена в Единой информационной системе в сфере закупок. Победитель будет определен 30 мая 2016 года.
Наработки архитекторов лягут в основу проектов строительства арендного жилья с привлечением внешних инвесторов, в том числе за счет коллективных инвестиций через закрытый паевой инвестиционный фонд недвижимости. АИЖК предложит застройщикам партнерство в реализции таких проектов на землях Фонда РЖС, сообщается в пресс-релизе Агентства.

От архитекторов ожидают разработки самых востребованных планировок и площадей квартир: однокомнатных не более 30 кв. м, двухкомнатных — не более 40 кв. м, улучшенных двухкомнатных — не более 45 кв. м.
