Hilton запустит новый бренд доступных отелей

В конце 2016 года корпорация Hilton Worldwide представит на рынке сеть недорогих гостиниц под названием Tru, сообщают «Ведомости». Средняя стоимость номера в Tru будет дешевле $100 за ночь. Новая сеть трехзвездочных отелей рассчитана на молодых путешественников, пишет газета со ссылкой на представителя компании.

Поначалу отели под брендом Tru заработают только в США и Канаде: гостиницы запустят в небольших городах, а также вблизи автомагистралей и на курортах. В перспективе компания будет готова вывести Tru и на другие рынки, пишут «Ведомости». Есть ли вероятность появления новой сети в России, не уточняется.

На данный момент компания Hilton Worldwide заключила контракты на управление гостиницами с владельцами 102 отелей, еще 30 соглашений находятся на стадии подписания, утверждает газета. В будущем Tru сможет стать самой большой сетью Hilton по количеству номеров, рассказал изданию Bloomberg исполнительный директор Hilton Worldwide Кристофер Нассет.

В настоящий момент крупнейшей сетью в портфеле Hilton являются отели Hampton — 2,1 тыс. гостиниц суммарной вместимостью 200 тыс. номеров. Hilton Worldwide также управляет отелями брендов Embassy Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Waldorf Astoria, Curio, Conrad, DoubleTree и другими. В общей сложности гостиницы Hilton Worldwide представлены в 100 странах мира, номерной фонд превышает 750 тыс. комнат.
