В России предложили выдавать специальную ипотеку на деревянные дома
Государство готовит меры по поддержке деревянного домостроения в России, следует из сообщения пресс-службы Минстроя РФ. Вчера, 26 ноября, Межведомственная рабочая группа Минпромторга РФ, Минприроды РФ, Рослесхоза, а также отраслевых союзов собралась в Минстрое и обсудила некоторые конкретные шаги в этом направлении. В частности, участники группы подняли вопрос о введении квот на использование продукции этой отрасли в рамках строительных госпрограмм — как для жилья, так и для объектов социальной инфраструктуры, а также актуализировать нормативно-техническую базу. В качестве возможной меры финансового стимулирования деревянного домостроения предлагается специальное ипотечное кредитование.
У готовящейся программы поддержки деревянного строительства сразу несколько целей. Необходимость поддержки деревянного домостроения обусловлена большим объемом неиспользуемых лесных ресурсов России, растущей потребностью граждан в повышении комфорта среды обитания, высокими современными стандартами по теплоэффективности и экологичности зданий, говорится в сообщении пресс-службы Минстроя.

Чиновники и бизнесмены отметили, что препятствием для развития деревянного домостроения является устаревшая и разрозненная нормативно-техническая база, которая регламентирует применение деревянных конструкций в строительстве. Кроме того, она не учитывает появление новых материалов, технологий и принципов конструирования зданий с использованием древесины, информирует пресс-служба Минстроя. Поэтому для этого направления планируется разработать единый свод правил.
Пилотные программы по введению квот планируется реализовать в «лесоизбыточных» регионах с развитым производством продукции деревянного домостроения, а затем по их результатам рассмотреть целесообразность распространения квот на все субъекты РФ, следует из пресс-релиза строительного ведомства.
