Временная администрация Эргобанка, назначенная после того, как банк в котором обслуживалась 61 организация Русской православной церкви, лишился лицензии, столкнулась с «фактами воспрепятствования ее деятельности», сообщает ЦБ.
Однако несмотря на это, временной администрации удалось вскрыть операции, «имеющие признаки уголовного наказуемых деяний». В частности, ревизия кассы Эргобанка выявила факт получения главой правления 780 млн руб. наличными.
«При этом документы относительно полученных денежных средств и их использования руководством ООО КБ «ЭРГОБАНК» временной администрации не переданы, что может свидетельствовать о попытке сокрытия документарного подтверждения фактов вывода из банка активов», — сообщает пресс-служба ЦБ.
В Эргобанке обслуживалась 61 организация Русской православной церкви (РПЦ), которая, по данным РБК, вела переговоры о возможной покупке контрольного пакета акций банка.
Банк России отозвал лицензию у Эргобанка в середине января 2016 года, объяснив свое решение неисполнением кредитной организацией федеральных законов и актов ЦБ, несоблюдением нормативов достаточности капитала, а также неспособностью Эргобанка удовлетворить требования кредиторов.
Проблемы у банка начались в конце 2015 года. 22 декабря он не исполнил обязательства РЕПО по облигациям на 904 млн руб., говорится на сайте Московской биржи. 29 декабря в call-центре банка РБК сообщили, что банк перестал выдавать вклады из-за проблем с ликвидностью.
В сообщении ЦБ подчеркивается, что информация о подозрительных финансовых операциях бывших руководителей и собственников Эргобанка передана в Генпрокуратуру, Следственный комитет и МВД «для принятия процессуальных решений».
На 1 декабря 2015 года по величине активов Эргобанк занимал 321-е место в банковской системе России.
