Сторчак провел встречу с руководством Минфина Украины
Представители финансовых ведомств России и Украины провели встречу, но вопрос погашения Киевом задолженности по выкупленным Россией облигациям пока не обсуждали. Об этом журналистам сообщил замминистра финансов России Сергей Сторчак.
«На встрече с руководством Минфина Украины обсуждались вопросы сотрудничества и взаимодействия с Европейским банком реконструкции и развития. Вопрос долга по евробондам не затрагивался», — сказал он (цитата по «Интерфаксу»).
В декабре 2015 года украинские власти ввели мораторий на выплату России долга по еврооблигациям, выпущенным в декабре 2013 года, не погасив сами облигации и финальный купон на $75 млн. В феврале 2016 года Россия подала иск в английский суд с требованием признать дефолт Украины и обязать Киев вернуть $3 млрд со штрафными процентами.
В середине апреля 2016 года на Украине были назначены новый глава правительства и ряд новых министров, среди которых оказался и глава Минфина. После этого российские власти согласились отсрочить начало судебного разбирательства. В начале мая президент Украины Петр Порошенко подписал закон, в соответствии с которым мораторий на выплату по долгу перед Россией стал бессрочным.
