ВТБ24 сообщил о проблемах с обслуживанием карт клиентов
Клиенты банка ВТБ24 столкнулись с трудностями при использовании банковских карт, заявили РБК в пресс-службе ВТБ.
«Действительно, по техническим причинам у незначительного числа клиентов ВТБ24 возникли трудности с обслуживанием карт. В ближайшее время проблема будет решена», — заявили в банке.
О том, что при попытке совершить операции по оплате клиенты ВТБ24 получают СМС с сообщениями о том, что операция отклонена, ранее сообщал «Интерфакс». По данным агентства, клиенты не могут расплатиться картами в магазинах и интернете и снять деньги в банкоматах.
Ранее о проблемах с обслуживанием карт ВТБ24 сообщала «Фонтанка». В издании отметили, что на проблемы с картами жаловались владельцы карт банка ВТБ24 в Санкт-Петербурге.
