Аналитики: бурный рост розничной торговли в России остался позади
С 2005 по 2015 год российская розничная торговля была одной из самых быстрорастущих в мире и уступала только индийской по приросту торговых площадей магазинов современных форматов. Совокупный среднегодовой темп (CAGR) прироста выручки десятки крупнейших ритейлеров за это десятилетие составил 21%.
Однако это время уже прошло: до 2020 года ритейл в РФ будет расти вдвое медленнее, пишет газета “Ведомости” со ссылкой на расчеты аналитиков Deutsche Bank.
На успехах прошлого десятилетия сказались увеличение реальных доходов населения, государственные программы, поддерживающие потребление, а также то, что доля современной торговли изначально была невелика.
Теперь “долгосрочные перспективы роста российского рынка могут быть менее привлекательными, чем в последние 10 лет” сказано в обзоре Deutsche Bank. Ситуация ухудшилась еще в конце 2014 года, когда цены на нефть начали снижаться, рубль – обесцениваться, импорт продовольствия из ряда основных стран оказался под запретом.
“В следующие пять лет мы ждем замедления среднегодового темпа роста российской торговли продовольствием до 6,6%, что лишь немного выше инфляции (5%)”, – прогнозируют аналитики Deutsche Bank. Топ-10 федеральных розничных сетей, по их мнению, скорее всего останутся главными источниками роста: в среднем они будут наращивать выручку до 2020 года на 11% ежегодно.
Тем не менее российскому ритейлу все равно есть куда расти, считают в Deutsche Bank. В 2015 году доля современных форматов в торговле России достигла 66%, на 1 тыс. человек приходится 192 кв. м таких торговых площадей, а в странах с развитой розничной торговлей на 1 тыс. человек приходится 400-600 кв. м торговой площади. Доля современной торговли там достигает 75-85%.
По прогнозу Deutsche Bank, Россия может достичь близких уровней к концу 2020 года, когда современная торговля может занять 73% рынка.
