С космодрома Куру стартовала ракета-носитель “Союз” с двумя спутниками системы Galileo
С космодрома Куру в Французской Гвиане во вторник, 24 мая, в 11:48 по московскому времени (5:48 – по местному) стартовала ракета-носитель “Союз”, которая выведет на орбиту два спутника европейской навигационной системы Galileo, сообщает сайт Европейского космического агентства. Успешный запуск осуществлен совместными расчетами российских и европейских специалистов, отмечается на сайте Роскосмоса.
Через девять минут после старта головной блок отделился от третьей ступени ракеты-носителя. Вывод космических аппаратов на целевую орбиту осуществляет разгонный блок “Фрегат-МТ”. Отделение космических аппаратов от разгонного блока запланировано на 15:36 по московскому времени.
В дальнейшем космические аппараты будут выводиться на орбиту при помощи двух включений двигателей разгонного блока, отмечает “Интерфакс”.
Предыдущий запуск ракеты-носителя “Союз” откладывался в апреле четыре раза. На это обратил внимание президент РФ Владимир Путин на заседании госкомиссии, которая 27 апреля рассматривала причины переноса пуска ракеты-носителя “Союз-2.1а” с нового российского космодрома Восточный. “Но если из четырех сбоев на Куру – два из-за непогоды, а два из-за того, что агрегат какой-то, гироскоп, оказался в ненадлежащем состоянии, возникает вопрос: его что, не могли доставить в нужной кондиции? Или не могли проверить перед тем, как поставить? Это что, разве сложный математический расчет? На мой взгляд, это связано с разгильдяйством и элементарным недостаточным контролем”, – заявил Путин.
Galileo – совместный проект спутниковой системы навигации Европейского союза и Европейского космического агентства, является частью транспортного проекта Трансевропейские сети (Trans-European Networks). Система предназначена для решения геодезических и навигационных задач.
Разработчики Galileo заявляют, что их система будет более точной, чем GPS, и обеспечит европейцам независимость от американской GPS, российской ГЛОНАСС и китайской Compass. Ввод системы в эксплуатацию изначально планировался на 2008 год, но затем неоднократно откладывался.
В случае успеха орбитальная группировка спутников FOC (Full Operational Capability) будет насчитывать 14 спутников. Galileo является аналогом американской GPS и российской ГЛОНАСС. Ожидается, что стоимость системы составит около 8,5 млрд долларов.
Проект “Союз в Гвианском космическом центре” реализуется на основе межправительственного соглашения между Россией и Францией, подписанного в ноябре 2003 года.
В последнее время все больше производителей GNSS-оборудования (GNSS – Global Navigation Satellite System, глобальные навигационные спутниковые системы) интегрируют в свои спутниковые приемники и антенны возможность принимать и обрабатывать сигналы со спутников Galileo, этому способствует достигнутая договоренность о совместимости и взаимодополнении со спутниковой системой навигации NAVSTAR GPS третьего поколения. Финансирование проекта будет осуществляться в том числе за счет продажи лицензий производителям приемников.
В отличие от GPS и ГЛОНАСС, система Galileo не контролируется национальными военными ведомствами, но в 2008 году парламент ЕС принял резолюцию “Значение космоса для безопасности Европы”, согласно которой допускается использование спутниковых сигналов для военных операций, проводимых в рамках европейской политики безопасности. Разработку системы осуществляет Европейское космическое агентство. Общие затраты оцениваются в 4,9 млрд евро.
Galileo войдёт в строй в 2014-2016 годах, когда на орбиту будут выведены все 30 запланированных спутников (27 операционных и три резервных). Компания Arianespace заключила договор на 10 ракет-носителей “Союз” для запуска спутников, начиная с 2010 года.
