Власти Франции отпустили главу Всероссийского объединения болельщиков, вызвавшего “адский скандал”
Руководитель Всероссийского объединения болельщиков Александр Шпрыгин освобожден после задержания французской полицией и сегодня вечером около 23:00 вылетел из Парижа в Москву.
“Меня отпустили, все нормально. Скоро поеду в Париж, оттуда будет рейс. У меня получается второе выдворение, при этом никакого дела на меня на данный момент не заводили, все нормально”, – рассказал он ТАСС.
Генконсул России в Марселе Сергей Молчанов сообщил, что российские болельщики вылетают из Тулузы чартерным рейсом, его отправка готовится в штатном режиме – на борту никого не задержали и не арестовывали.
Ранее полицейские заявили, что Шпрыгин покинет территорию Франции в течение ближайших часов после завершения всех формальных процедур, передает “Интерфакс”.
В отношении главы ВОБ был вынесен запрет на пребывание во Франции, который вступил в силу в понедельник, 20 июня. Шпрыгин ранее был задержан вместе с другими болельщиками 14 июня и спустя четыре дня депортирован из Франции, однако ему удалось вернуться обратно.
До начала матча глава ВОБ на своей странице в Twitter опубликовал фотографию, на которой он стоит перед стадионом в Тулузе. Пресс-атташе посольства РФ в Париже Сергей Паринов рассказал, что после этого Шпрыгина и задержали: французские полицейские вывели его со стадиона прямо во время футбольного матча. “Чтобы оказаться на игре, пришлось проделать немного необычный путь под покровом ночи, и стать туристом на время”, – писал болельщик.
Журналист Сергей Пархоменко в своем блоге поделился подробностями возвращения Шпрыгина во Францию. “В суде ему сказали, что он именно выдворен, а не депортирован из Франции. Адвокаты ему объяснили, что само по себе это не означает запрета на въезд в Шенгенскую зону в будущем”, – объяснил Пархоменко. По его словам, французские власти также должны были аннулировать его текущую визу, однако сделано этого не было.
“Все (включая судью) исходили из того, что вопрос должен решиться автоматически, потому что у пограничников для этого есть все полномочия (это так и есть, ведь известно же, что любая виза может быть аннулирована просто при пересечении границы, по усмотрению офицера) А вопрос не решился, потому что пограничники просто проспали субботу и воскресенье, не внесли в компьютер нужные пометки”, – написал Пархоменко.
“В результате Шпрыгин прилетел в Барселону ранним утренним рейсом в понедельник, прошел там границу Шенгена, а во Францию приехал по земле, – скорее всего, просто на арендованной машине прямо в Тулузу”, – добавил он.
“Разворачивается адский скандал, поскольку ровно сегодня французское правительство представляет доклад о защите территории от терроризма, – подеркнул Пархоменко. – Кроме того, тут в бешенстве комментируют то, как российское Консульство в Марселе ползало на брюхе перед Шпрыгиным, обращаясь с ним как с важным официальным лицом. Шпрыгина называют “ультра-националистом”, “экстремистом” и “агентом”.
Французский журнал Télérama в статье про Шпрыгина написал, что в марте он встречался и с генеральным консулом Франции Марком Седием в Москве. “Теперь французская дипломатия чувствует себя неудобно. Отчет об этой встрече, опубликованный на сайте посольства Франции в Москве 10 марта под заголовком “Дружеская и конструктивная встреча между генеральным консулом и ассоциацией российских болельщиков”, исчез с сайта. Согласно кэшу Google, статья была стерта… 13 июня, два дня спустя после матча Англия-Россия”, – сообщается в статье, которую цитирует InoPressa.
“Почему глава иностранной федерации болельщиков, известных любовью к дракам и неонацистскими склонностями, получил право на такое внимание?” – задаются вопросом журналисты Télérama. Официальный представитель МВД Франции Пьер-Анри Бранде ответил: “Тот факт, что Александр Шпрыгин имеет скандальную репутацию, разумеется, не ускользнул от внимания французских правоохранительных органов. Но как президент национальной ассоциации российских болельщиков он почти что официальное лицо, легитимное и имеющее поддержку футбольной федерации своей страны”.
