Алишер Усманов начал строительство апартаментов на Воробьевых горах
Структуры Алишера Усманова начали строительство комплекса апартаментов на Воробьевых горах, между проспектом Вернадского и ул. Косыгина, пишут «Ведомости».
Реализацией комплекса общей площадью 20,4 тыс. кв. м занимается ПАО «Институт экономики жилищно-коммунального хозяйства (ИЭ ЖКХ), принадлежащее кипрской компании «Ремалор оверсиз лимитед», сообщает издание. Этой структурой управляют топ-менеджеры двух структур Алишера Усманова – «Юэсэм девелопмент» и «Металлоинвест», уточняется в публикации. В конце прошлого года в кипрском реестре компаний значилось, что «Ремалор оверсиз лимитед» принадлежит компании Epion Holdings (владеет девелоперской организацией «Химки-Групп»), бенефициаром которой также назывался Усманов, пишет газета.
Строительные работы на Воробьевых горах уже начались, ввод объекта в эксплуатацию намечен на 2019 год, говорится в проектной декларации комплекса. Объем инвестиций в проект оцениваются в 3,8 млрд руб., уточняют «Ведомости», добавляя, что в декабре 2015 года кипрская «Ремалор оверсиз лимитед» взяла кредит у Сбербанка на приблезительно такую же сумму – 3,2 млрд руб. Займ был выдан под залог акций и имущества ИЭ ЖКХ, ссылается газета на данные кипрского реестра.

Спрос на жилье, в том числе арендное, в этом районе традиционно высок, отмечают риелторы.
Компании «Юэсэм девелопмент» и «Металлоинвест» входят в многоотраслевую группу USM Holdings Алишера Усманова, чье состояние, по версии журнала Forbes, оценивается в $12,5 млрд.
