Китайцы впервые выиграли конкурс на лучший небоскреб в мире
Китайские небоскребы-валуны Wangjing SOHO заняли первое место в конкурсе Emporis Skyscraper Award на лучшее высотное здание, построенное в 2014 году. В конкурсе принимали участие 300 башен высотой больше 100 м, возведенных в прошлом году. За 15-летнюю историю награждения победителями впервые стали номинанты из Китая.
Немецкий сайт о недвижимости Emporis выбирает лучшие небоскребы в мире с 2000 года, в состав жюри входят международные эксперты. Чаще всего конкурс выигрывали здания из США: трижды (в 2000, 2006 и 2011 годах) победителями становились небоскребы Нью-Йорка, в 2009 году первый приз получила башня Aqua в Чикаго. По две победы на счету небоскребов Канады и Великобритании.
1-е место. Wangjing SOHO. Пекин, Китай

Офисно-торговый комплекс Wangjing SOHO в Пекине состоит из трех башен, соединенных стилобатом у основания. Лучший небоскреб Европы по версии Совета по высотным зданиям и городской среде CTBUH получил серебряную медаль на конкурсе Emporis. Название миланского небоскреба Bosco Verticale переводится как «вертикальный лес» и максимально точно отражает суть уникального здания. Зеленые насаждения на территории здания — это не банальное вертикальное озеленение, а настоящий лес внутри высотного жилого дома. Деревья и кустарники растут на каждом этаже Bosco Verticale: внутри дома находятся 730 деревьев и 11 тыс. натуральных травяных дорожек. Колоссальное количество зелени создает уникальный микроклимат внутри объекта: растения не просто насыщают воздух кислородом, но и помогают снизить уровень шума, а также поддерживают постоянную температуру. В Emporis назвали Bosco Verticale знаковой «вехой в экологичном домостроении».
3-е место. Tour D2. Курбевуа, Франция
Архитектор: Agence d'Architecture Anthony Béchu

Офисная высотка Tour D2 построена в парижском пригороде Дефанс. Этот район известен как деловой центр французской столицы, хотя де-факто небоскребы расположены не в самом Париже, а в пограничном муниципалитете Курбевуа к северо-западу от города. Единственный лауреат с Ближнего Востока построен в арабском Абу-Даби по проекту Нормана Фостера. 382-метровая башня — это элитный жилой комплекс и рынок одновременно. На верхних этажах здесь расположены квартиры, внизу — торговая площадь, которая начинается за пределами башни, а потом «входит» в здание. Строительство Burj Muhammad Bin Rashid заняло восемь лет.
7-е место. Soyak Kristalkule. Стамбул, Турция
Архитектор: Pei Cobb Freed & Partners

Здание-грифель Soyak Kristalkule построено в европейской части Стамбула. Башня сложной формы выглядит по-разному в зависимости от точки обзора: американские архитекторы из Pei Cobb Freed & Partners составили сложный асимметричный многогранник из треугольников. Отель Park Hyatt в Манхэттене расположен в двух кварталах от Центрального парка. Небоскреб задумывался 90-этажным, однако в процессе постройки девелопер решил увеличить высоту потолков — и количество этажей пришлось уменьшить до 75. One57 запомнился тем, что во время строительных работ ураган повалил кран прямо на остов будущей башни, из-за чего верхняя секция отсоединилась от здания и повисла в воздухе. После недели раскачивания над Нью-Йорком несостоявшиеся этажи One57 сняли — и строительство продолжилось без эксцессов.

Архитектор: DBI Design (Pty Ltd)

Жилая башня Infinity в центре Брисбена заняла четвертое место по высоте во всей Австралии — выше нее только три небоскреба в Мельбурне на востоке страны. Большая часть из 81 этажа Infinity занята дорогими квартирами, на верхних уровнях открылся отель. Для постояльцев в здании оборудован бассейн, спа-зона, сауна и тренажерный зал.
