Рядом со штаб-квартирой «Газпрома» построят новый жилой комплекс
Группа компания «Ташир» возведет новый жилой комплекс на пересечении улиц Наметкина и Херсонской на юге Москвы, сообщают «Ведомости». Новостройки предполагается расположить рядом со штаб-квартирой компании «Газпром». Название жилого комплекса пока неизвестно. Ожидается, что проект будет реализован в 2019 году, пишет газета, — градостроительно-земельная комиссия Москвы уже одобрила строительство жилого комплекса площадью 65 тыс. кв. м.
Застройщиком выступит компания «МСМ-Инвест», принадлежащая «Таширу», указывают «Ведомости». Инвестиции в проект составят от 7,5 до 7,8 млрд руб., подсчитал по просьбе газеты управляющий партнер компании Blackwood Константин Ковалев. По его мнению, квартиры в новом жилом комплексе могут продаваться по цене 300 тыс. руб. за 1 кв. м. До сих пор «Ташир» не анонсировал проект.
В настоящий момент рядом с московской штаб-квартирой «Газпрома» построен ЖК бизнес-класса «Розмарин» площадью 209 тыс. кв. м. Девелопером этого проекта также была группа «Ташир». На территории комплекса работает фитнес-центр с бассейном, теннисный корт и частный детский сад, в продаже до сих пор остались невостребованные лоты. Новый комплекс планируется возвести по соседству с «Розмарином». «Первая очередь «Розмарина» неплохо продавалась. Новый проект, особенно с учетом небольшой его площади, будет востребован», — рассказал «Ведомостям» управляющий партнер компании Unikvart Артем Цогоев.
